Program Overview

The Lipedema Relief Foundations course is a 4-week online program designed to give you the clarity, tools, and confidence to finally understand your body and take control of your care. You’ll learn the essential building blocks of effective lipedema management: why your body responds the way it does, how to support your lymphatic system, and which daily strategies create real relief.

Through clear, expert-led education and step-by-step guidance, you’ll master foundational techniques like diaphragmatic breathing, manual lymphatic drainage, compression, and anti-inflammatory nutrition. You’ll also learn simple mindfulness strategies to calm your nervous system and support your body’s natural healing processes.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a strong foundation for reducing heaviness, pain, and fatigue, and you’ll feel empowered to take the next step: in C2 Relief in Motion.
